These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the StayBroker platform and services. By accessing or using StayBroker, you agree to comply with the following terms.

1. Nature of Service

StayBroker operates solely as a mediator connecting PG property buyers and PG property owners. StayBroker does not own, lease, sell, or operate any PG property.

2. No Agency or Partnership

StayBroker is not an agent, partner, broker, or legal representative of any user. All transactions are conducted independently between buyers and owners.

3. Information Accuracy

Property details, pricing, income figures, and occupancy data are provided by users. StayBroker does not verify or guarantee the accuracy or completeness of such information.

4. Due Diligence Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for conducting legal, financial, technical, and regulatory due diligence before entering into any transaction.

5. No Guarantees

StayBroker does not guarantee deal closure, property performance, profitability, or legal compliance of any PG property.

6. Fees & Brokerage

Any service fee or brokerage applicable will be communicated separately and shall be payable only upon successful deal closure, unless otherwise agreed.

7. Circumvention Restriction

Users agree not to bypass StayBroker after being introduced to another party through the platform. Circumvention may result in service discontinuation.

8. User Conduct

Users shall not misuse the platform, provide false information, or engage in fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful activities.

9. Limitation of Liability

StayBroker shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform or any transaction between users.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising between users shall be resolved directly between the concerned parties. StayBroker is not responsible for dispute settlement.

11. Suspension of Services

StayBroker reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services without notice in case of misuse or violation of these terms.

12. Communication Consent

By submitting details, users consent to being contacted by StayBroker via phone, WhatsApp, or email for service-related communication.

13. Data Usage

User data is handled as per StayBroker’s Security & Privacy policy and is used only for service facilitation.

14. No Legal Advice

Information shared by StayBroker does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.

15. Modification of Terms

StayBroker reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use implies acceptance of updated terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
